Wings Acquire 10 Players
The Philadelphia Wings, of the National Lacrosse League, today acquired 10 players in a series of trades and NLL draft picks, as announced by General Manager Steve Govett.
The Wings selected Greg McCavera, from Georgetown University, as their first round pick (fifth overall). The Wings also selected Gewas Schindler, from Loyola College, in the first round (seventh overall). Tucker Radebaugh was also drafted, joining his two brothers, Dan and Sean, as members of the Wings. Local draftees include Jim Bruder, from Villanova, PA (21st overall), and Brody Bush, from Media, PA (29th overall).
