Congrats to Towson for getting back to the tournement. They haven't been in it since 1991. This is extremely talented Towson team with attackman Kyle Campbell with 50 goals and 16 assist, also attackman Brad Reppert who had 32 goals for the season and 35 assist. This tournement is filled with talented goalies and John Horrigan with a 7.8 goals against average is part of that list. One thing I remember hearing is one of TV 2's sports annnouncers saying that he has never seen a team with as much speed as Towson, that they can really burn you if you are out of position. Princeton had a fantastic record this year 14-1, This is a very well coached team that has been dominating the tournement with syracuse the last ten years. I have no stats on these players, but the players to watch attackman BJ prager and Matt Striebal, I really think the key to princeton's success is the coaches son goalie Trevor Tierney. no disrespect to Rob Mulligan, Trevor might be the best goalie in the tournement. As tough as Towson as been all year I see Princeton winning this game by three goals, I also see Princeton winning the championship against Syracuse. I have to say that although I do enjoy watching the Wings, there is nothing like watching this tournement for a lacrosse fan, It truley is awesome. I really don't think that I will ever miss a year of watching the four best div I schools compete for the championship.
