Dave, Hofstra has their work cut out for them tomarrow aginst the Grayhounds. I hope they do well. I am going up to Princeton to watch Hopkins vs the Tigers and Delaware vs Rutgers.

Dave, if there is one team that I am not a fan of, it's Buffalo. You probably didn't know this but I origionally grew up in Old Westbury, so the only team I have a hard time cheering against is the Saints. But outside of the Wings all my other favorite teams are NY teams. I do not consider Buffalo in NY,I like to think of them belonging to Canada. So I will never attack a fellow Islander!

Dave, Hopkins lost to Princeton today, we left with two minutes left in the game. It was 8 - 4 Princeton, Princeton's goaltender Trevor Tierney made 15 saves. Hopkins evidently outshot Princeton and also obtained more groundballs, but had to play catch up from the third period until the end of the game. When we got there in the beginning of the third period, Princeton was already up 4-0. How did Hofstra do?

Unfortunately, Hofstra did as bad as Hopkins did today.

We were up 8-6 at the half;
9-9 with 4:36 to tgo in the third;
9-10 with 2:08 to go;
10-11 with 7:24 to go in the fourth;
down 5 with 3 minutes to go;
10-16 w 2:34 to go

Shanahan scored our 11tth with 2:24 to go

We couldnt come back from that

A disapointing defeat;

Not happy about it,

But . . .

The Saints won!

Sorry Laxdaddio, nothing against Canada, but there has to be some place to put Buffalo. It is like the garbage that leaves New York on a Barge and no one wants it to be dumped in their area.
