We've just turned up the new Vancouver Ravens website. While the information is a little sparse at present, it will be a very full and comprehensive site once the players are announced and the season begins.

Enjoy...

I just checked the Ravens' website. It is still the old one with the really large logo. Unless I'm screwing up

By far the best NLL team site on the web, with Nj coming in second. Awesome job on the Ravens site.

Curtgully:

Thanks for the post.

You mean like the Fan Forum (Soap Box we call it)??

Yeah the Soap Box is great but even with cable interenet it is slow coming up. Is there a different kind of message board you could use that would come up quicker?

Thanks,
Curtgully

Curtgully:

Actually its because of all the images that the WLA needs to put on the site...that is why it is slow loading. Sponsors logos.

I've spoken to them and if they renew my contract for next year it is my goal to completely redesign that site...keeping all the stats and database intact.

It will look a lot nicer and load a lot quicker.

The same with the Ravens...if they decide to go with a Forum. They have talked about it but no decision so far.

Thanks for you answeres Daryl.

I do like the Ravens site a lot and the WLA is so informative for us players and fans of the league.

You do awesome sites. Is there anyway for you to inform us on all the sites you have done and do run now? Or if it is too many to name ,can you give some of your favs you have designed!!

Thanks,
Curtgully

I am not intentionally plugging my site, but if you are looking for a forum check out my site, there is one going already, just waiting for activity to pick up.

Daryl,

Haven't talked with you since the end of the playoffs and I want to say from one web developer to another, that your work on the Ravens site is outstanding to say the least. From our last talk about what you were going to do with the Ravens site, I went out and got ColdFusion and am learning on my own. Hopefully, I can get as close to being on par with you using it. Where the Storm website is good, I think you've set the standard here my friend. I bow to your greatness.

Dave

PS>>I figured if sucking up here works out, you'll pass a few educational tips my way right?
