I was sooooo happy to see that!!!!!!! As were most people I'm sure, now if Washington can just pull it together at home tonight and beat Albany, this will be another great day! What a crazy team, with losses to Buffalo, NJ and Columbus.

I was at the game, and I still can't believe it happened. I guess Washington took them very lightly since they started a third string goalie. They just seemed like they didn't want to be there. Gary was completely invisible. I don't know what gets into them. They lose games like this every year, no matter what city they call home. It was only two years ago that they just had to go up to Syracuse and win their last game of the season to get in the playoffs, and they lost that game, too. Is it bad coaching?
Oh well, the Wings fans would like to thank the Power for that fine effort. And by the way, I think they got the attendance number backwards. It looked a lot more like 2515 than 5152.
