Please excuse my lack of knowledge regarding Ontario geography, but which 'towns' do Akwesasne, Brooklin, and Six Nations play their games in. Can't find any of these locations on my maps of Ontario.

I think I've figured out Peterborough, Brampton and St. Catharines.... :)

Far be it from me, a life-long BC boy (with a brief exception in Saskatchewan) who has done VERY limited traveling in Ontario to jump in here but when the Shamrocks traveled back east for the 2000 Mann Cup against the Redmen, I found Brooklin on a map of Ontario, up the road a bit in a northwest direction from Whitby, which is between Toronto and Oshawa on Lake Ontario.

I could be wrong but I believe Six Nations play on a reserve just outside of Brantford and Akwesasne play on a reserve just outside of Cornwall.

Hopefully someone can either confirm or correct my information...

Greener, you've got it right. Actually, Brooklin is a northern suburb of Metropolitan Whitby.:rotfl:, next door to Metropolitan Oshawa :)
The Redmen sometimes use the Brooklin Arena for practises but they've been based at Iroquois Park in beautiful downtown Whitby:rotfl: for several years.

The Brooklin Merchants Senior team (featuring Jonas Derks) are the only tenant there now, along with some minor houseleague games.

Your Six Nations and Akwesasne calls are also on the money. The Six Nations arena is in Ohsweken, just outside Brantford.

Is their any info on the web about the senior Merchants and any other teams in that league. Teams like Burlington, Arthur, Owen Sound, St. Clair, and the Six Nations Crash.
