Default Bruce Codd?????

Who is making this decision? We could of used a big defender like Bruce Murray who is from the West. More fly-ins on a budget management complains about, that only leads to those rising ticket prices.

Would have to agree with you on this one. While I love Codd, Bruce is a bigger defender and playing well. Cheaper to fly into Calgary than Codd.

Hard to figure out when Bannister fired Silcott for loosing money, complains in the local papers about loosing money, but brings back a player that is going to cost a whole bunch more to flyin each week. So, Bannister, stop the whinning about money.

Default I agree

Nothing bad towards Bruce Codd but wow. He is good at what loose balls. If you ask the people in Colorado they will say Murray was there best D. Big can run the floor even picks off passes. This was a Xmas present to the Mammoth.

Got to Agree with you guys about the money issue and flying someone in from a further distance...Banister seems like an idiot after telling the papers that he was going to stop signing imports when he makes decisions like that.

Can anyone tell me why we passed in the last round? Was it because we just didn't want them? Money (that one makes me laugh)? or do we get a higher seed in another draft because of it?

Too small a man to be effective with this group. He'll get beat like a rented mule.

If I was Calgary I would've been tempted to grab Derek Malawsky. He's a little old but is from BC and would do a lot to address the lack of depth on Calgary's left side. Plus he's an excellent passer and would help get the ball across the floor to all those great righties you guys have.
