The game last night was crazy! Six Bellies in the box at one point...and I forgot my camera :-( Apart from that there were at least three broken sticks. The game didn't end until about 9:30 or so--2.5 hours!

In the beginning the penalties were really minor. The three "delay of game" calls in the first period were for really minor roughing. It just got progressively worse. Nanaimo's 55 was really antagonistic from what I could tell and of course Rory Smith from NW likes to start fights as well.

All I can say is that it's a good thing it wasn't the Bellies against the Adanacs--then you'd have likely seen some incidents in the stands as well.

Should be an interesting game in Nanaimo tomorrow.

LOL if they didn't bore us all to sleep like those two teams did the week before. Talk about a dull game to watch.

Yes, it was pretty dull, especially the first period. But even a dull game doesn't stop the Adanacs' coach from dissing the fans as he walks by.
