Does your team have a dedicated goal song? What is it?

Nope. Seems to change. Used to be better than it is this year.

The Rock have played Rock You by Helix for years. Even had the lead singer of Helix sing it (and the national anthems) at a recent game.

For a few years, the Swarm played "Song 2" by Blur (you know-- Wooo hooo), more recently they've been playing some other song with a lot of "Hey hey hey hey" in it... but I don't know what its called...

Would that be "Rock & Roll Pt. 2" by Gary Glitter?

could also be thinking of "Crowd Chant" by Joe Satriani. Bandits have been using that one with a few others this season. Gotta love "Brick House" for Steenhuis' goals.

Song 2 by Blur from the 1996 album Blur.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JATWwU3Aa-4

Now you'll never be without it.

How to save a You Tube video for later play:
1. Let the video download to completion.
2. If you go into your Temporary Internet Files folder, locate the file. It'll have a long obnoxious indecipherable name, but it will be huge and recent.
3. Copy that file somewhere other than that folder.
4. Rename the file giving it an FLV extension. (Flash video)
You can then play that video using Real Player which is a free download.

When I did this for Song 2, the filename in my Temporary Internet Files folder was:
http://v22.cache.googlevideo.com/vid...y=yt1&ipbits=0
and was 3.83 MB (3933 kB); the largest file in that folder.
I then copied and pasted onto my Desktop. It was automatically called video(1).flv. I then renamed it to Song 2 - Blur.flv and am watching it now.

This year, when the Wings score, they play the theme from the X-Files.

Titans play Bro Hymm from Pennywise. Same music as the Flyers play. Ironically the NY Rangers play the same some as the Wings do.

Knighthawks play Song #2 as well. In the first couple years they also played Ride of the Valkeries .

Yep. RealPlayer is almost as obnoxious as QuickTime.

You forgot to mention that they play the ENTIRE song. It's so annoying.

'Hey Hey Hey Hey' could be Ain't Talking 'Bout Love by Van Halen. I think the Flyers used to play it after a goal.

And (even though it's not a goal song) why do they edit Offspring's "You're Gonna Go Far Kid". Never understood that one at all

Anyone else ever hear White Stripe's Seven Nation Army's guitar riff sang by over 100000 fans at Penn State. That one would work great.

Aw, by why? The dance ****er dance part is cool.

But you're right, the chorus would make a good goal song.

Pretty sure it's s Van Halen song. Possibly "Ain't Talking 'bout love" trimmed to just the "hey hey hey" bit.
