Philadelphia Wings  17,  New York Saints  11
Goaltender Dallas Eliuk made 51 saves and the Philadelphia Wings defeated the New York Saints for the second time in a week, 17-11. The visitors had won 15-13 at the First Union Center last Saturday night and are now 4-1, tied with Toronto for first place.

Eliuk was named the Game MVP. He saw the Saints come to within two after they scored four straight to rally from a 9-3 deficit, but New York couldn’t muster the type of offense that Philadelphia got from the likes of Kevin Finneran, who had three goals and five assists. The veteran forward was playing in his 100th consecutive game (regular season and playoffs combined).

Matt Panetta and Roy Colsey led the Saints (2-4) with five points each.
